Lead Timer


Responsibilities include pre-event preparation, organizing and loading equipment for transportation to the event, onsite setup and takedown of timing equipment, LED boards, and working with software to prepare race results for participants. Individuals who display a growth-mindset, are tech-savvy, analytic and detail-oriented will excel in this position. Ensuring accurate race results is a vital aspect of the job.

  • Provide timing & management services for Track & Field, Cross Country, Road Races and other events
  • Communicate with Finished Results staff, race directors and other personnel to fully understand requirements and clarify expectations
  • Efficient use of FinishLynx, HyTek and all necessary equipment and software related to timing
  • Setup and breakdown of timing equipment including: cameras, computers, LED boards
  • An interest in the race management and timing industry
  • Available to travel, work weekends and extended hours as needed
  • Use troubleshooting skills to identify and solve networking, software and hardware problems
  • Able to lift 50 pounds

Assistant Timer

Field Event Manager


Responsibilities include assisting the Lead Timer with field events at major track and field events. Individuals who display an ability to anticipate the needs of the Lead Timer and event officials. Individuals who are tech-savvy, and detail-oriented will excel in this position.

  • Setup and configuration of field event equipment
  • Communicate with Lead Timer, event officials and workers
  • Train and manage event volunteers
  • Operate field event management software as directed

Warehouse Assistant


Responsibilities include maintenance and organization of equipment, inventory of company assets, and assisting Lead Timers in loading and unloading equipment from tailors. Individuals who are detail-oriented, organized, and enjoy working with their hands will excel in this position.

  • Maintain and repair equipment
  • Organize and keep an accurate record of equipment

Meet Manager


Serves as the meet director for the host organization. Responsibilities include overall management of event logistics, operations and personnel. Ideal candidates have extensive experience in executive roles in XC and Track and Field meets.

Special Events Coordinator


We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Road Race Coordinator to join our team. As the Road Race Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in the planning and execution of road races, ensuring smooth operations and an exceptional experience for participants.

  • Event Planning: Coordinate all aspects of road race events, from initial concept to execution, including route planning, permits, and logistics.
  • Vendor Management: Liaise with vendors and suppliers for services such as timing, signage, medical support, and catering, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to quality standards.
  • Participant Communication: Effectively communicate race details, schedules, and any relevant information to participants, sponsors, and volunteers through various channels.
  • Registration Management: Oversee the registration process, manage participant databases, and troubleshoot any issues related to registration or participant inquiries.
  • Logistics and Operations: Coordinate on-site logistics, including setup, participant check-in, and post-event activities. Ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for all participants.
